Breakfast
Start your day with a rich and well-balanced breakfast. Our breakfast staff welcomes you every morning with a generous sweet and savoury buffet, featuring a wide selection of homemade treats and delicious specialities.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
Lunch & Dinner
Our restaurant offers delicious dishes from traditional Trentino cuisine every day. Our chef Maria Teresa and her team prepare a buffet-style lunch and a three-course dinner, with a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian first courses.
To end the evening on a sweet note, a selection of desserts is always available.
Seasonality and the use of locally sourced ingredients are at the heart of our culinary philosophy. These principles guide both our Trentino and Italian menus, as well as our appetiser and vegetable buffet.
Special diets
Our staff is always at your disposal, and we kindly ask you to inform us of any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Our restaurant follows the official protocol of the AIC – Italian Celiac Association.
Gluten Free menu
Our collaboration with the AIC – Italian Celiac Association has now been ongoing for over ten years. From the very beginning, we have been committed to meeting the dietary needs of all our guests, and we strongly believe that those following special diets should enjoy the widest possible choice.
Our gluten-free menu is designed to be as similar as possible to the standard menu. However, guests who wish to request alternative gluten-free dishes not included in the daily menu are kindly asked to inform us in the morning.
Weaning menu
For babies and toddlers during the weaning phase, we offer:
- Fresh vegetable and meat broths
- Small pasta in broth
- Vegetable purées
- Steamed meat or fish fillets
We kindly ask you to request the weaning menu at the time of booking.
Packed lunch
For guests who enjoy excursions and outdoor activities, we offer the option to order a packed lunch, including sandwiches, fruit, a sweet treat and water.
Packed lunches are also available in gluten-free and/or vegetarian versions, starting from €7, or as a replacement for lunch for guests on full board.
Special menu for our
young guests
At our restaurant, we pay special attention to the needs of our youngest guests!
In addition to the dishes from the adult menu — if they enjoy them — our kitchen focuses on seasonal ingredients and light, easy-to-digest preparations, which are particularly appreciated by children.
We are always happy to meet the wishes of our little guests and to prepare baby food and vegetable purées for infants upon request.

We will be delighted to host you for your special occasions and celebrations.
Our 85-seat dining room and our garden are at your disposal, allowing you to personalise every detail of your event — from the menu to the table decorations — so you can enjoy an atmosphere created especially for you.
