We would also like to reassure our guests that, after each stay, rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and disinfected. Extended ventilation is carried out, and floors and furniture are cleaned using specific high-level hygiene products to ensure maximum cleanliness and comfort for all our guests.

A few simple rules for a perfect stay together

At check-in and in common areas
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times, to avoid unpleasant encounters with other dogs and to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Towels are available for cleaning your dog after walks — especially on rainy days or after a playful run in the nearby stream.

In the room
Please note that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets or other furnishings will be charged accordingly.

If you wish to leave your dog alone in the room, please hang the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door. In this case, housekeeping staff will not enter the room and it will not be serviced while the dog is inside and unattended.

In the restaurant
We kindly inform you that pets are not allowed in the main restaurant dining room.
However, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in a dedicated dining area if you wish to keep your dog with you during meals.
Please note that availability is limited, so we recommend reserving this option at the time of booking.

In the garden and outdoor areas
We kindly ask guests not to use the hotel’s outdoor areas for their dog’s needs. Our property is surrounded by nature, with nearby woods and meadows that are perfect for walks.
