Our collaboration with AIC is now in its third year but always work to meet the food needs of all our guests, from this point we believe it is important to offer those who need specific diets the same choice.

Our menu for gluten intolerant does not differ from the standard, however, we ask our guests who wish the dishes "gluten free" report it at the time of choice.
